Status of Repatriation
The University of California systemwide dashboard reports the repatriation status of ancestral remains and the four categories of cultural items defined by NAGPRA: associated funerary objects, unassociated funerary objects, sacred objects, and objects of cultural patrimony. Note that UC considers all Native American items to be potential cultural items under NAGPRA.
